Can we bring our friends ?

 

We have been asked so many times about the possibility of accommodating a couple more people in the wagons, so you can bring your friends to share the experience.

Many suggestions have been fielded and lots of good reasons put forward why we should do it.

We have decided to go along with the most frequently suggested idea- A mowed pitch for you to bring your own tent.

Our enterprise is highly sustainable and offers good value to our guests and we think this fits in well with our low impact, high value for money values.

At a cost of £29 per night, for a tent and up to two people we will ensure there are enough cups, plates and cutlery etc in Duke for your extra guests, as well as a couple of extra seats for the evening card games and a suitable area for you to pitch your tent .

We ask that in addition to your tent you bring your own bedding, towels and a torch for the nightly bathroom trip.

We also mention again that we offer a quiet and calm break to all our guests, and ask that anyone wishing to form a larger party be sure that this is the type of break they are looking for and are able to respect these aims.

We will need to know at the time of booking, if you intend bringing extra guests, but will calculate the payment and ask for this along with the balance.
