Breaks for Duke, Maiden, Pip and Hercules have flexible changeovers; your break starts at 4pm on the first day and we ask you to leave by 10am on the last day. We do ask that you respect these times to allow us to prepare for the best possible break.
 
Likewise - Woodcutters Barn and The Potting Shed breaks run from  Saturday 4pm- Saturday 10am. (7 nights)
 
Guest numbers - for obvious reasons we need to restrict the number of occupants; 2 adults in each of Duke, Maiden, Pip and Hercules; 4 adults in The Potting Shed; and 5 adults in Woodcutters Barn. In Woodcutters Barn and The Potting Shed we do not allow single sex groups.
 
*A well behaved dog can be accommodated in all properties by prior arrangement at a £17 supplement..Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms.
 
Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation.
 
Guests use the facilities and equipment at their own risk.
 
We strongly urge you to take out cancellation and travel insurance. We cannot guarantee substantial refunds in the event of cancellation by you. We will however do our best to resell the break, possibly at a discount and, subject to any costs, refund these monies to you.
